Concrete Block Covers

Dear Michael,

Thank you for the great service you provided to us this past weekend with a tent for our rehearsal dinner. Everything we rented was top quality from the tent to the tables and chairs.

We were a little apprehensive about having a party for 62 people in our back yard while having the time to socialize with our guests. Thanks to you and Lisa it went off without a single problem.

I especially want to thank your crew chief, Dave. He had a very difficult job squeezing the tent between the trees and the shrubs by the house. He said it was one of the most difficult jobs he ever had to do but never complained or stopped smiling. When I looked out the window right after they raised the tent, both men were bent over with their hands on their knees in exhaustion. I went outside and Dave looked up at me with a smile on his face and asked if the tent was positioned correctly and did I want it moved.

That was the finest example of customer service I have ever witnessed. We enjoyed the tent right where it was.
