Delivery

Delivery service is available on all orders regardless of size. All fees are based on geographic location, equipment needed and services provided.

Delivery Hours

Orders are normally delivered 1 – 3 days in advance and picked up 1-3 days after your event. You may request am (8-12) or pm (12-6) delivery or pick up service. We do operate a delivery crew 7 days a week. After hour or small window delivery or pickup service is available. Additional fees may apply.

Setup

All of our tents, dance floors and stages include setup in the rental fee. All other items will be neatly stacked and expected to be pickup up the same way. Table and chair setup is available for an additional fee. Chair setup for wedding ceremonies is very popular.

Event Layout

Michael’s Party Rentals offers a sit down consultation with any tent rental client to provide a CAD drawing to scale of their event. This is helpful to learn exactly how much space you have under your tent as well as arrangement of event fixtures.

Site Survey

Every client considering a tent installed by our professional staff may request a free site survey. This is a great service for any customer that thinks the tent might be a tight fit.

Damage Waiver

At Michael’s Party Rentals we understand that accidents can happen during an event. To ensure our customers enjoy their event without the worry, we offer an optional non-refundable damage waiver to cover the customer against any accidental damage and avoid extra charges. Damage waiver does not cover lost, stolen or neglected items
