Once Upon a Time Gala with Colin Cowie!
Posted on: July 11th, 2018Yes, that’s right! We had the honor of working on an event that Colin Cowie attended. All proceeds from this “Once Upon a Time” themed gala was given to Link to Library. Links raised over $40,000 to distribute new books to elementary school, libraries, children, and nonprofit organizations!
Colin Cowie gave an inspiring speech to the 600 attendees
Prior to the Colin’s presentation, guests were able to step into a fairy tail book and experience some of their favorite stories first hand. When you entered the main ballroom, you walked into a tea party with Alice. Here we supplied the grass rugs and the Tuscan tables.
From there you could turn right and visit Jack and the Bean Stalk! For this area, we supplied the farm table with bench and the hedge backdrop walls!
If you bear left here, you’d find yourself face to face with the witch from Snow White! Here we supplied the farm tables for the witched cauldron and spell books!
After all of the spooks and thrills, you could head out to the terrace and be treated like royalty with Cinderella! We installed a beautiful tent with a liner to create that elegant feel. The combination of high top tables, cafe tables and white couches made this space the perfect hangout!
Needed a break? You could head on into the main ballroom and pull up a seat at the tree of wisdom on our beautiful jade velvet couches or chiavari bar stools!

Posted on: January 22nd, 2018Did you get a chance to come visit us last weekend at the 2018 Springfield Wedding and Bridal Expo at the Eastern States Exposition? If not, here’s what you missed!
Our first display table was a mock sweetheart table. We used our 36″ round pedestal table and drapes it in a black satin linen and paired with with silver napkins and chiavari chairs. With a little help from some loose greenery, flowers, lanterns and an old wine crate, we made this table look wedding ready!
Behind the sweetheart table we hung a birch branch with burgundy ribbons and more greenery to create a focal point. (Plus is makes an amazing backdrop for photos!)
Our next table display is a rustic glam inspired table. We started off with out 9′ long farm table and lined the center of the table with tapered and pillared candles, birch chunks and branches, and beer bottles with white flowers. We then added tons of gold accents to really make this table shine!
We paired the table with gold chiavari chairs on one half and our farm bench on the other side.
The finish product was stunning!
Our last table display we created was a sweetheart high top table. we used out nova solid pewter linens and out mahogany chiavari chairs for the base of this display. we then dressed the table up with beer bottles with tons of greenery and white flowers and floral crowns for the back of the chairs!

Boylston Room Wedding
Posted on: December 18th, 2017Have you attended an event at the Boylston Room in Easthampton yet? If not, you’re missing out; it’s absolutely stunning!
The Boylston Room has 2 different indoor event spaces and an outdoor patio. The smaller of the 2 rooms was the perfect backdrop for a photo shoot put on by the Fox and Lantern. She used our mahogany chiavari chairs for the ceremony. The large mill windows let natural light brighten up the space!
The Fox and Lantern created a mock cocktail hour out on the patio. We supplied cocktail tables, chiavari bar stools and our plank bar to create a quaint cocktail reception. The plum linens matched the brick of the old mill building beautifully.
Too continue with the berry theme, the Fox and Lantern filled up our 1 liter glass carafes with juices.
The Boylston Room’s second space is larger and was the foundation of the reception part of this stylized photo shoot. Here the Fox and Lantern staggered our tuscan tables for guests seating and used our farm table and bench for the head table.
The tuscan tables were draped in pewter linens and charcoal napkins. Our mahogany chiavari chairs matched the linens and flowers perfectly!
Union Station Gala
Posted on: December 16th, 2017We’ve done a handful of events at Union Station since their grand opening but the grand opening gala will always be our favorite event hosted there!
The event started with a cocktail hour under a frame tent that we installed in the bus terminals. From there, guests walked a red carpet through our ropes and stanchions into the newly renovated station.
The goal of the remodel of Union Station was to keep it as original as possible. The concourse is breath taking with it’s high ceilings and arched walk ways. The flooring seen in the photo above is all original!
We brought in 60-72″ round tables and 600 gold chiavari chairs for seating for the guests. We draped all of the tables in gold nova swirl linens for an elegant look that paired well with the gold chairs and stunning greenery centerpieces.
JX2 Productions hung black fabric swags in each archway and did an amazing job lighting up the concourse for this event!
To prevent an echo off the marble floors, we installed carpeting padding as well as black carpet on all areas of the concourse with the exception of a 20’x40′ space for dancing.
We supplied all of the glassware, china and utensils for this event as well. The Springfield Sheraton did a wonderful job catering! Big thanks to all of the vendors who came together to make this gala a huge success!

December Holiday Tablescapes
Posted on: December 7th, 2017Looking for some holiday inspiration, look no further than our showroom! We have created 5 differently themed beautiful holiday tablescapes. We’re sure one of them will be perfect for your next holiday party!
The inspiration for our first holiday tablescape came from snow covered forests. We wanted to bring the outdoors in and we think we nailed it! We started with an army green tablecloth and paired it with a white table runner and olive napkins.
From there we piled up 2 different kinds of pine to create a beautiful fresh table runner. After that we stacked white birch branches.
We finished the table with our white chiavari chairs on one side and our farm bench with a faux fur blanket on the other side. We added in some glam with our silver charger plates, white coupe china and regency flatware.
Our next table was inspired by one of this seasons most popular patterns: PLAIDS! We started with a faux burlap table cloth and paired it with black and white buffalo plaid napkins.
To add a holiday feel, we added red and black buffalo plaid pillows and hung pine branches from the back of the chiavari bar stools.
Not a fan of the classic red and greens? Here’s a way to make neutral colors look festive! We started a tan tablecloth and added white chairs and white china. we then filled a bowl up with pine cones and cinnaminin sticks which don’t only look great but smell amazing!
When in doubt, go with metallics! Metallics don’t only match almost all decor but is always festive! The core of this tablescape was constructed with our beautiful farm table and gold chiavari chairs. We then glammed up the table with a champagne nova pintuck table runner, matching chair sashes and nova solid pewter napkins.
Our gold flatware and chargers gave the sparkle this table needed! We finished the table off with gold dipped candles and gold ornaments.
Excited for the holidays yet? We are!

We finished the look off with out white coupe china, army green napkins, menu cards and baby breath sprigs.

We started off with a 36″ round pedestal table and layered with with a white linen and a lace overlay. to keep with the simpleness, we add in white china and white chaiavri chairs. Behind the sweetheart table, we made a back drop using a birch branch and suspending greenery sprigs from it.
Our wine barrel plank bar made it’s day view at this show. We pressed it up with brown bottles with white flowers and more greenery.
